From Lebanon and other parts of the Middle East, we have been fortunate to have experienced the cuisine from our early days. When we proudly set our first steps of our future here in the United States, to live the American dream, we had the opportunity to build experience by preparing and serving to thousands of people, while working for a large Middle Eastern restaurant chain.

With many, many years of experience between all of us, serving the local community, we would like to welcome you, your family, friends and colleagues to our humble home and experience the exquisite taste that you began to know and enjoy.

As former employees, ranging as Chefs, and employees, of the well known La shish restaurant that eventually closed its doors. We did not want the quality and service of food to disappear and vanish from the customers that we served and became to know as close friends and loyal guests.

With the love for the food and culture we have inherited, we put our little savings we had together and our minds and hearts as one team to open our very first restaurant.

We will preserve the quality and maintain the highest level of sanitation and continue to offer our warm, humble and hospitable service to whomever enters our home. By using unique and the finest of herbs and ingredients and maintaining the freshness of our products, delivering our products by well trained and hospitable personnel and with reasonable prices, would we then achieve our goal, which is to please you.
